Baywood Foods Shopping Trip

I had heard that there was a store in town that was good for getting good deals on meat.  I heard they had a "Pick 5 for $19.99" deal at that store.  It appears to be how they do reduced for quick sale.  So, of the items I wanted I definitely picked out the ones that had the highest tag value.  I figure that the meat and sausage biscuits alone would've been $31.10 before that discount.  I figure I did pretty well here.

Tennessee Pride Sausage Biscuits 12 pack (according to the Tennessee Pride website they would've been $5.50)
Boneless Beef Sirloin Tip Steak.  1.31lbs @ $4.19/lb = $5.49
Pork Steaks 2.02lbs @ $2.79/lb = $5.64
Boneless Flat Iron Steak 1.25lbs @ $4.39/lb = $5.49
Sliced Bacon 20 oz (no label but I saw some at the store with labels marked $8.99)

Yup.  Paid $19.99 for all of the above!

Chili Mix $1.59
Twisted Tea $6.98 (was originally $7.49)
Sour Cream 16oz $1.50
Paper Towels $0.89

The following was purchased with WIC
Pomegranate $0.78
Cucumber $0.44
Green Bell Pepper $0.44
Zucchini Squash $0.33
Yellow Squash $0.46
($2.45 total, this leaves me $0.51 left to buy fruits and vegetables with WIC)

Total out of pocket cost: $31.60!
